Vegan?
Our Macarons contain no Meat or Dairy! We swapped out the egg whites and butter for vegan friendly ingredients... and they taste even better !!
Healthy?
Macarons are surprisingly healthy. The outer-shell is mostly made from Almond Meal (ground up almonds), with a small amount of Natural Colouring and Organic Sugar. The yummy centre...is...um... yummy!
Our new Vegan recipe has 25% less sugar than our original recipe.
How do I care for them?
The fridge IS your friend. When you get your macarons home in their box, either eat them at once, or pop them in the fridge in an air-tight container with a sheet of baking paper underneath. You've got a week to much your way through them.
